Delivery time and costs:

All the orders will be shipped by GLS.  There is a track and trace number on all the packages shipped.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with the product your have chosen and received you are entitled to return the product. Exchanges or refunds are only accepted, if the item is in new/unused condition and returned within 14 days.

The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
